We are smack dab in the middle of fall, and with it come some of our favorite things----cool crisp evenings, beautiful fall foliage, and signature flavors of fall like apple, pumpkin, and the like. As we wish to make the most of this lovely time of year, some of us may choose to curl up by a cozy fire. Still others take advantage of social affairs like bonfires and nature walks. There may be a few that stubbornly refuse to put away the barbecue just yet, and we plan “one more” gathering before winter sets in.
